It is the Spirit who gives life; the flesh profits nothing. The words that I speak to you are spirit, and they are life. John 6:63
Words have power. Words have fire. Words have life. Either spoken or written words, though invincible, have power to create or destroy. Our words can change the lives. If our words carry so much power, how much more God’s words!
In Creation, the word of God is quick and powerful. Hebrews 4:12. The heaven and earth were created by words. We are all created by God’s word. Do you a new creation? God’s word will do it. Just speak it.
In Salvation, “the law of the LORD is perfect, converting the soul.” (Psalms 19:7). We are born again by God by His word. “Of his own will begat he us with the word of truth. (James 1:18).
In Sanctification, God sanctifies us “with the washing of water by the word,” (Ephesians 5:25). Sanctify them through His truth: Thy word is truth {John 17:17).
In Holiness, David said, “Thy word have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee.” (Psalm 119:11).
In Happiness, words can gladden the heart, lift up the soul, and inspire to aspire. “How sweet are thy words unto my taste! yea, sweeter than honey to my mouth! (Psalm 119: 103).
In Warfare, “the sword of the Spirit, which is the word of God” is the most powerful weapon in spiritual battle against Satan and his demons. (Ephesians 6:17). We overcome the devil “the word of our testimony” (Revelation 12:11).
Beloved, a man once said, “words have energy and power to help, heal, hinder, hurt, harm, humiliate and humble.” What would you like to use the God’s word for today? Use God’s words wisely. Allow the word of God save you from sin and sanctify you. Create life, Create job, Build up your finance. Strengthen your relationships with others. Bless your children with God’s words. Work wonders with God’s word. Above all, Let God’s word give you eternity with God.
