YOU ARE UNIQUE

I will praise thee; for I am fearfully and wonderfully made: marvellous are thy works; and that my soul knoweth right well. - Psalms 139:14.

Here is a story of a young man who onced failed to thrive compared to his mates. He literally became written off. For several years, he failed senior school exams while his mates progressed and became graduates. And while some had started working, he was still struggling. But he never gave up nor fret because of others. He thrived so hard and eventually at God’s appointed time, he passed, progressed and prospered to become a university don.

Dear friend, you are uniquely designed by God. You can’t look at other's plan to judge your pace of race. Do not fret because can't offord a car or house as others today. Take no thought, saying, What shall we eat? …for your heavenly Father knows you have need of all these things. (Matthew 6:31,32).

In your career or calling, be hardworking and ambitious. At every job or business opening, seize the opportunity. When you find a place, adapt, carry on, contend, and conquer there. But do not envy other's pace. Remember you are fearfully and wonderfully made to showcase God’s glory. Sometimes, slow and steady win the race.

Beloved, while it is true life poses  a competitive challenge to you, you are reminded of the following: firstly, fear nothing but God. “O fear the LORD, ye his Saints...(Psalm 34:9, 10). Refuse to be intimidated by the giants and predators around you. Be bold, be confident. Be conscientious. Don't be a victim but a victor.

Secondly, do not fret. Refused to be oppressed by fake displays on social media or school reunions. “Fret not thyself because of evildoers”, (Psalms 37:1).

Thirdly, have faith in God (Mark 11:22). Remember God’s promises. No good thing will he withhold from them that walk uprightly." (Psalm 84:11).

Finally, dear friend, be careful for nothing; but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God (Philippians 4:6).

Today’s Recite: I have been young, and now am old; Yet I have not seen the righteous forsaken, Nor his descendants begging bread. - Psalms 37:25 (NKJV)

Today’s Morning Prayers: Heavenly Father I thank You for creating me special and unique. From this day, I seize every opportunity that comes my way. Grant me grace and faith to excel in my career and calling. Oh Lord, Arise against every giant and predator on my way of progress. I possess every good thing I desire in Jesus mighty name. Amen!
