THANKSGIVING OF THE LIVING
Let everything that hath breath praise the LORD. Praise ye the LORD. - Psalms 150:6
Congratulations! If you are reading this, you are among the living today. In our textural reading, the psalmist admonishes us to praise God as long as we live. “Let everything that has breath praise the LORD, Praise the Lord!” Only the living can praise. The dead cannot praise God.
God is the Giver of life you live today. The LORD God breathed into his nostrils the breath of life; and man became a living soul (Genesis 2:7).He is to be praised as long as we have breath of Life. An individual may have the breath of Life, yet may not have Husband, wife, Children, job, good health, progress, promotion, expansion in business. There may be nightmares (bad dreams), challenges etc. So far there is life in you, praise God because there is hope.
Above all, miracle happens when we praise God! Are you sick? Praise God. Are you disappointed? Still Praise God. Praise God because He is God who changes time and seasons (Daniel 2: 21). He has the power to redeem negativity and time wasted(Ephesians 5:16).The only thing that can hinder your miracle or positive change is death. So far you are alive, there is hope. So, praise Him for the awaiting positive changes. Praise the Lord in all circumstances.

Today’s Morning Prayer:1. Oh God I’m so sorry for not praising You enough.
2. Thank You for giving me breath of life. I praise You with all my heart this morning for the past, present and future blessings.
3. Lord, give me the spirit of appreciation and continual grace to praise You always.
4. Lord, keep doing what will make me to praise You.Accept my praise in Jesus mighty name. Amen
